In Dee Forrest****** I am a mommy to four wonderful little boys. I love my role and want to remember every little detail of the days that I get to spend with them as a stay-at-home mommy. I am a homeschooling momma with a husband who is working full time along with full time seminary. This blog is to help me work through the daily, but mainly, it's to help me remember precious little moments that I never want to forget and cherish forever!

PILLOWS....JUMP!!!
Tonight was sooooooo wonderful! After a bubble bath with Parker I went in to rock my sweet little Beckham to sleep. I was putting Beckham in his diaper and PJs and I was tickling him...he was giving me the biggest cheesiest grin- so I picked up Parker who was standing right next to me and showed him how I would tickle Beckham. Beckham started to laugh now...so I would tickle, tickle and Beckham would laugh...then Parker would laugh...it was SO wonderful hearing the sweet laughs of both my boys. I LOVE this mommy thing!!!!!! Then- I turned the lights off and began rocking Beckham. Parker just stayed in the dark room with me...bored I'm sure, but wanted to be there with me. I loved it. I love the fact that my little almost 2 year old wants to be where I am no matter how boring it may be. Parker and I went into the living room to call daddy back and while I was on the speakerphone Parker would just crawl up into my lap, snuggling with me. THE BEST! Then we went for round 10 of jumping onto the couch cushions. We take them off the couch- make a huge pallet on the floor and then jump off the couch onto the pillow pile. It's a BLAST! Tonight- Parker and I would stand next to each other...he would "push" me off onto the pillows. I would make a dramatic fall and he would LAUGH and then yell in a laughing excited voice "NIGHT NIGHT" (or "dight dight" as he pronounces it) and wave at me. I would act like I was snoring and he would jump on top of me...when I would "startle" awake we would just laugh and laugh and laugh! Then, Parker would jump on the couch and pat the cushion next to him saying "jump" for me to come up and start the process all over again. It was the best. I LOVE these quality moments of being silly and goofy with my boys.
